Sales Conditions:
Orders are processed every morning, from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
We ship throughout Italy and around the world by Bartolini courier.
It is important, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number.
If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer by telephone to schedule a second delivery step. In the event that the customer is also absent on the second delivery step, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Standard: 2-3 working days
Foreign: 2-7 working days
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or for reasons of force majeure beyond our control.
During national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases we reserve the right to postpone the shipment if events occur due to force majeure.
Returns:
You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
In order to proceed with the return, it is necessary to fill in the special exchange/return form and send the product to be returned to:

The shipping costs of the returned product are charged to the customer.
We will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs.

Exchange:
The exchange request can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We will change only the same item with different size or color variant, subject to stock availability.

Foreign exchange or made abroad:
The shipping costs of foreign exchange or returned, are charged to the customer, sending the returned goods or to be changed to the following address:

With the goods received, we will refund the customer for the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal of the product. Also we will send the article requested by the customer for the exchange procedure.
